Im going to get my webhosting company to move my sites from Windows Hosting to Linux.

Ive taken a full backup of each site and its relevant database.

Is there anything I need to know about this migration so it doesnt completely die on me, as I have seven sites to move, or does it work exactly the same whether it be on Windows or Linux?
