Adding New Pages with PHP scripts

I have created a form on a client's website which uses ZenCart. The HTML portion of the form works however I can not figure out how to get the PHP results to display inside of the ZenCart template rather than on a separate page.

The EZ-Pages aren't so much easier as they are a pain in the rear. They obviously don't accept PHP script. I can not figure out how to add custom Define-Pages... is there any add-ons out there that implement a simpler method of adding custom PHP scripts?

Any suggestions? I've been fighting with this darn ZenCart backend all day.

This will build all the define pages for you. Then all you have to do is edit them.
Note: It will take a dry run to understand what it builds for you. And it runs on Windows not the web.

I did mess around with that mod. I got a little lost after I uploaded the files to the server.

I'm really knew to PHP programming which probably doesn't benefit me any.
