I used Textpad to edit the file and FileZilla to upload and CHMOD.

I have been asking myself why did I re-upload the file quite a few times in the last 12 hours. I have tried to upload my backup file and this is still giving me the same result. I have tried just about everything I can think of.

Thanks for the help, is there anything else you know of to do?
