Sales Tax Too Low

All of a sudden my client's site is not calculating the right sales tax. It it was too low.

For example:

Sub-Total: $8.00
Table Rate (1 x 3.00ounces) (Best Way): $7.90
Georgia Tax 7%: $0.56

Total: $16.46

It should definitely be more than $0.56 for tax. Any hints on where to fix this?

$8.00 x 7% = .56 cents - the calculation is correct, unless you intend to tax your shipping rates.
