Admin page blank after login

Hello.

Fresh install of latest edition. I log into the admin area and the /index.php page comes up blank.

TO attempt to verify it was nothing I did, I used Softaculous, a quick script installer, to test it also. I am getting the same exact results with this also.

Other than than, everything else is functioning fine.

I have followed the tips at

No logs are appearing in the /cache/ folder.

Adding

define('STRICT_ERROR_REPORTING', true);

to the file /includes/local/configure.php produces nothing.

Anything else?

I found out what the issue is. Block by the hosting provider.

As a temporary fix, they indicated I needed to change in the admin directory, the line in /includes/local/skip_version_check.ini to "Set version_check=off"

They indicated they would make an exception if I can provide and IP address it connects to.

I would respectfully suggest you need a different host.
