Variable pricing option witH Zen Cart

I want to display products where the customer needs to fill in the price himself/herself for example buying a gift card, or insurance amount.

Does Zen Cart support this?

If not can somebody suggest me alternative open source suits?

Make a "gift card" product with a price of $1.00, and let the customer select the quantity. If you need to allow fractional prices, it is possible to allow fractional quantities of a product.
