Images and prices will not show

I am a brand new user and just installed the latest version of Zen Cart 1.3.9h, having just installed it over the previous version which I did not use. My server info is below.
PROBLEM: In adding products to my product list, Zen cart does not accept prices nor SOME images. This program seems to be in a world of its own and seems to act arbitrarily but I am brand new and just want a simple shopping cart that does not require intense figure-figure to operate. This was recommended to me. I'm wondering if its the new version of it it just is poor. Any help would be appreciated.
