UGH!!! SO FRUSTRATING!!! cant remove logo on my site

this is my website www.originalkickz.com and before somone tells me to read some tutorial, ive already went over it 50 times and done what its telling me to go to includes/templates/CUSTOM/images/your_image_name.??? and upload it to your server. I did it and nothing happened. the pic is gif as well. ive attached the logo with this forum, can someone please tell me whats wrong why isnt it uploading. thanks

You appear to be running the classic template. Upload the file to replace logo.gif in includes/templates/classsic/images and it should work

When you see the word CUSTOM (in caps) in a tutorial, it refers to your custom template name (and folders), whatever it might be. It's best to create your custom template now, before you go much further.
