Attributes, like color, size, text, etc, are added after product generation. If you have a lot of attributes in a product, it is beneficial to create a template and copy the attributes to your new product, where possible.

It is likely that you used addons that you don't need. Please research the various topics in this forum about attributes to learn about how zen cart is built to handle these requests.

Hi,

I used this module because i want to use product stock by stock by attribute.

It is simply that i have 3 attribute but i want to give stock for only 2

This module not allow me to do this.

I know if their is no attribute then i can use stock by product.
But issue is i have 3 attribute and i want to give stock for only 2.

So is their any setting in this module or any other module which can i use for such problem.

So you have inventory of sizes and colors, but all messages are added by you to whatever shirt the customer selects? (Thus inventory is irrelevant for message.)

This is really a question for the Stock by Attribute support thread, as the people who could answer it are likely to see it there and maybe not here.

If you have two inventory-based attributes, you might be able to use Product Attribute Grid to handle them, with the message attribute outside the grid.

I agree with what you said but if i put 3 rd option that is (message)
out side to the inventory means not set as a attribute then message value cannot carry on next page.

I will explain in detail.

1)I have product T shirt and i set 3 attribute (message,color,size) for this.
2)All this attribute content following values.
message -> Happy Birtday,Good Morning like this...
color -> Red,Black....
Size ->M,S,L ....
3)I have added all these value from admin side through attribute controller.
4)message option is just messages which will be printed on T shirt
so customer will select one from this at a time of purchase.
5)So we don't want message option when we add stock by Stock by attribute module.Here we only want color and size option while adding stock.
6)As we have added this module because we want manage stock by color and by size.But when we try to add this message option is their so we don't want this.
7)As you said put (message) option out side to the inventory

Means set only two option color and size as a attribute not message.so suppose we set two option as attribute then message will not carry on the next page.I mean as this is not set as attribute then value will carry on next pages like on shipping page ,shopping page and payment page and also user and admin never get information what message want to print on T shirt.

So that we set as message as attribute so this value will carry on next page and user and admin both get what massage was selected.

I haven't used Stock by Attributes, so I don't know if or how you can avoid entering stock levels for one attribute. I did not suggest making the message not an attribute; it has to be one.

Have you looked or asked in the Stock by Attributes support thread? There is a new thread for a very recently updated version of the mod.

A Wholesale customer must see in the front end the option for selecting a specific quantity to a specific attribute (no matter if color/size..)

Attribute A -------- Quantity X
Attribute B --------- Quantity Y
and so on
