After change language, HTMLarea doesn't work

I'm using 1.3.9h version, and changed to swedish language (DforDesign.se), but keeping the folder name - "english", just overwrites the files in the folder. I have replaced both under the "language" and "Admin - language". The I found out that when I choose a page in Define Pages Editor, and the blank area is not writeable anymore, and the blank area is half of the original size.

I had also tried to pick one product and edit the product discription, the same problem there, I cannot click and write in the blank area...screenshot attached.

Please help, I searched for the solution, but didn't get any...

I had copied and renamed ( editors\htmlarea\lang ) to swedish, still doesn't work.

In my admin/includes/htmlarea.php says:

You may want to download and install CKEditor. Works much better than the standard HTML editor. Installation is straight forward.

Is this a known bug? is there some other way to solve the problem?
