Move Checkout with Amazon Button

Hi all, I've been searching all the .php files I can think of, and can't seem to find where I can change the spacing of the payment module buttons that appear on the shopping cart checkout page. I have the "Go to Checkout" button, then below it is the "Checkout with Amazon" button, and below that is the "Paypal Express" button. The spacing between the amazon and paypal buttons is too tight. Does anyone know which .php page holds the configuration for these buttons and how to change the spacing? I've included a link to my shopping cart here as an example.

You could probably do it in the CSS, but we can't tell from a screenshot.
