Sort orders by state?

I need to generate a monthly report for all orders shipped to addresses in my state in order to calculate what I owe for sales tax. How do I do this?

You might customize admin/stats_products_purchased.php to add state
Or export using phpmyadmin to a csv, and use excel to manage
