Change Logo Position

I have searched for the answer and have read several answers that aren't working in my case. I would like to position the logo in the header to move up. I have went into my stylesheet and place the following code.

float: left;
margin: 3.8 em 0em 0em 0em;

I have changed the numbers and the logo still doesn't move. Please help!

That first position is margin top - - telling it to move down

But this is most likely something hard coded into your Template Monster template and you will have to look at their supplied code or contact them

They actually re-codeded it in their stylesheet_tm.css file

Fid this and remove the padding

#header .logo{ float:left; padding:53px 0 0 1px;}
