Archiving Gift Coupons?

Maybe this is a frivolous question but i am getting a lot of Gift Coupons listed and of course, some have been redeemed, some are expired, but i would like to kind of keep them "somewhere", but not visible in my current list. Is there a way to "archive" them or move them in a way they are not cluttering the current list without deleting them?

You are asking about Gift Coupons ...

Are you talking about Gift Certificates or Discount Coupons ...

If you Delete a Discount Coupon, then it is set to Inactive and that can be filtered out when you select the Active Coupons from the dropdown ...

NOTE: there is also a setting in the Configuration ... GV/Coupons ... for how many to display on the page:

Maximum Discount Coupon Report Results Per Page
Number of Discount Coupons to list on Reports Page
