center column subcategory display

Hello Zensters!
Ok, I've been using the forum for years now and I guess it's time for my first post.

Question - Is there a setting in the admin to disable the subcategories links and images in the center column when a parent category is clicked?

I would just like my parent category to only list the html I put in there and none of the links or images to the other sub categories.

If it is a setting or something in the CSS, either way, please let me know, I would really like to get this fixed. cornerstonemedia.com/index.php is my site I'm working on.

I was also wondering. is there an easy way to disable the back button that appears on the bottom of pages 1, 2, and 3?

I turned off all the other previous and next buttons but this one I can't seem to get rid of. I'm not sure if it's a setting or in the CSS?

under more services > weddings > then you can see it at the bottom of the page.
