Sagepay - Not Creating New Orders

Hi,

I am using upto date Zencart version. The problem is that whenever a customer places an order a new order isn't created in zencart admin but it goes through sagepay and receives payment.

Could someone please help me to suss this out.

New updates: The only new update which I have done on the zen cart is that I have upgraded it to the new version.

This is the error I am getting but the transaction has been successful. Once the customer pays it goes to the blank screen and it the url I get this error.

Contact CEON about this. I suspect it's to do with PHP 5.3 and error reporting.
