Currently I have 2 shipping methods

one says Table rate (1x3.5kgs) then has a radio button that says
best way

The next one says per unit then a radio button that says best way.

How do I change the wording for Table rate, best way and per unit?

I would like table rate changed to say standard post and the radio buttons to say Australia post.

I'd like to change per unit to express post.
