UK shipping address blank in admin

Hi, I have searched the threads and have not found anything. For customers from the UK, the shipping address is always blank in my admin. For all other countries this is not a problem, only the UK. I imagine it has something to do with their postal code format but not sure. So, for every UK customer that orders I must send them an e-mail asking them to provide a shipping address (I can look this up in their customer details but it is cumbersum and also my not always be the actual shipping address). Can you point me to files where their might be an error? Is this a common problem with Zencart? I guess not as I have not seen any posts describing it. Any help would be appriciated. I have upgraded to the latest version recently hoping that would remidy the problem but it hasn't.

Go to phpMyAdmin and find a record for a UK address and post the contents of the row ...

hi, thanks for the response...sorry for the late reply! I have attached a screen shot of an order from the UK. The only thing that seems obvious to me is the the address format is "6" when most others are 1 or 2 or something like that. Could this be the problem? If so, where do I change this?

What do you see if you Browse the table:
address_format

Hi, there is also a "6" there. I though you might ask that...it just didn't fit in the screne...sorry!

I am talking about the database table called:
address_format

you should see it in the database table list of your database ...

If you select it and Browse it ... what do you see?

Ya, as the attachment shows...there is no "6". And checking "Countries>UK" it was easy to change the address format to a format that actually exists, seemed a 2 was the closest one. Ya...I am relatively versed with the basics of Zencart...but I am pretty new to going through databases and realizing the flow of things. Thanks a lot for the help! I am guessing you did this on purpose...I learned a lot more this way, much appriciated!

Run this in the SQL and see if it fixes things ...

INSERT INTO address_format VALUES (6, '$firstname $lastname$cr$streets$cr$city$cr$state$cr$postcode$cr$country','$postcode / $country');

Also Browse the table:
countries

and see what is set for the United Kingdom in the:
address_format_id
