    Default website extremely slow

I need help diagnosing why my website - www.lingerieandcostumedepot.com has all of sudden become extremely slow in the last week. ive checked other websites hosted by the same host so i dont think it is the host. any help here would be extremely appreciated thanks.

Your images appear to be hosted on another site is that right? and they all seem to be using ssl links

They also appear to be large filesize-wise for the size of the image, but i guess if they are externally hosted you don't have control over that

ok im a bit a new to this so i apologize for seeming CLUELESS. how can you tell the images are hosted elsewhere and using ssl links? i was actually messing around in config>images right around the time the slowness started to happen. the site worked fine and uploaded immediately for two weeks prior to this. i then thought maybe it was the host but checked a couple of other sites using the same host and they seemed fine (so i ruled out the host...i think). is there anything i can do to the images (if in fact this is the problem) to make the website faster. i cant even get anyone to stay past the first click since it is soooo slow.

By looking at the source code of your page all the product images have link like the following

"https:/ /hostmylingeriesite net/images/101/7109.jpg" note I added the spaces to stop it making a link here

so https is an ssl link (normal is http)
and the site name hostmylingeriesite is different to lingerieandcostumedepot

ok yes that makes sense. however i may have spoken too soon. i just went back and changed "calculate image size" to false and now the site appears to be working fine. maybe i accidentally clicked this when i was in this section previously. thank you for your responses. any idea how to move the "add to cart" button above the fold?
