404 after moving site to root

Hi I just moved my site to the root today. The home page looks fine, but soon as I click to go somewhere I get a 404 error. Not sure why.
the configuration.php files seem correct, I triple checked them.

I also searched the db and fixed any references to the directory it was in.

Can anyone tell me what is wrong here.
i've searched every file for a wrong url and also searched the datebase for any incorrect references to the old url.

If may have a .htaccess file, you may want to check that that was moved over and everything is inside that file.
