Hi,

I've got a site which is set to the zone 'UK' and all of the products entered are classed as taxable. UK Vat is applied to all products and when you see the site for the first time it all works out fine. All of the zones and definitions match another site of mine which is working correctly.

The problem is that when I go in as a customer (also from the UK) suddenly tax is removed - I navigate the whole site and all prices are displayed ex vat. I've got 'Basis or product tax' set to 'shipping' but I've got no other idea what could have happened. I'm just waiting to find out from the client as to whether this just went wrong overnight but if anyone has any ideas in the meantime that would be great...
