Description on mouseover

I want to add a popup window or message on hover to my site like in this example http://d2box.com/listeproduits.php?idcat=424. I had a hard time with IH2 and was a bad idea because something was wrong and made bad gifs display. I tried a lot then i give up. Swap addon was a failure too.

Can you recommend me an easy to set tool that provide me such effect like in example? I'm exhausted making backups and tests, i crashed my site hundreds of times and still nothing with tooltips, swap or IH2. And that seems so odd because i installed easily a lot of other addons.

My site adress is this;I use ZC 1.3.9g.

I found a lot of tooltips and I'm stuck on the same problem: where do I have to put the code:
<a href="#" onmouseover="doTooltip(event,0)" onmouseout="hideTip()">Link 1</a><br>

because zen doesnt have an index.html, just pieces of php all close together. so, where to put this code? I want to pop up on mouse over the description on listing products or on the lists that come when they use search function.

You won't be able to just add HTML code to a file. You will have to write PHP (or maybe javascript) to determine which item is being output and assign the correct tooltip information to it. If you don't know PHP/JS, you will need to hire someone to do it.
