Because the admin of your site has no override folder you need to be very careful which files you add to it, and as with every mod or change you make you should do a backup first
As it says on 5the page you have prob over written your admin config file, so you could try downloading the adminconfig file and check the settings contained in it, Although they are NOT the the same, the config file in your includes folder will have some of the same settings for ref ( remember to back up before you change anything! )
