Excel Populate - 777 Permission (Step 5 Readme)

In the Excel Populate Add-On Read-me file, Step 5 states:

Step #5 - Set correct permission for temp directory
Set 777 permission for /admin_FOLDER/temp/.

I am lost!?

I was able to export my data but now when uploading the revised file (after putting PPL in cell A1) I get an HTTP 500 error. The only thing I did not do / check is the 777 permission and wonder if that is the issue.

In the import file I added roughly 20 lines and in all reality only the descriptions are different thus making me believe the import file is still ok.

Sorry - got it! Was able to change the setting using CHMOD.
