Customer Can pay without Creating Account?!

As default requires login, you must also have something that is allowing checkout without registering

where or how can I check what it is? Could it be somthing in the TM Template?

If the TM template is constructed correctly
Try switching to the classic template and see if it is different as to allowing without registering

The PayPal checkout process actually creates an account during checkout using the email and address information associated with the PP account.

The customer may not realize that they are creating an account, but it does happen behind the scenes as part of the Express Checkout Process.

So I took Kobra's advice and tested the template by changing back to the Classic Template. It was then that I realized I was doing it wrong.... Really what's new!

When I did it I clicked on the Paypal button (opposed to the Check out' button) which takes me straight to Paypal and I don't need to create an account. This is the same on both templates and I assume that it is the same on everyone's template. Is it possible to not have that button show up and make the customer sign up for an account when they want to make a purchase?

Does it matter whether the customer manually creates their account or whether the PP checkout process creates it for them?

Either way, you have their email address and shipping address as part of an account. OR am I misunderstanding something?

I must have missed something as I haven't seen any new customer accounts set up when they go through Paypal.

In the PP Express Checkout setup,

Checkbox for "Automatic account creation" but when I tested it a few minutes ago, an account was created regardless of the checkbox.
