emailing a coupon

Hi there, i currently have a customer base of 94 customers...
my current hosting will only allow me to email 30 emails at once without it being classed as spam..and 100 per hour...
how do i create a "group" in the email section for the first 30 customers, 2nd 30 customers and so on and so forth....

basically i dont wanna send it 1 by 1...or all at once, i need to section them off...

Not designed to do so, but you could

A. send the coupons in newsletters
B. apply the logic and recode your coupon mailer
