User password error

Hi, My problem is when i create a user. System doesnt accept the password in second entry to my eshop. I send new password with email "forgotten password" module. And it doesnt accept too.
To sum up, a user cant log in to my eshop second tine. System never accept password.

I am presently using: v1.3.9d
It says current version.

What could be the reason?It says a security error occurred when trying to log. Thanks

Do you have any debug files in your cache directory? These could point you in the right direction.

Solved! I don't know why I didn't find this earlier...probably because I didn't look there:

OK, so, apparently this is a known issue. The hostgator version of the store and the Domain.com version is different, which falls in line with the troubleshooting article.
