sourceforge offline

I can't get the download for 1.3.9h from sourceforge, and haven't been able to do so for several days. The sourceforge site seems to be offline. Is there somewhere else I can get the files for 1.3.9h?

I can get the download from either our Home page link or through the SourceForge link at the bottom of the page ...

okay, I think I know what happened.

Every once in a while, our wireless modem in our house will stop allowing access to (stop being able to connect to) seemingly random internet sites (random IP addresses). We power cycle the modem, and then the random internet sites are available again. Sourceforge must be one of these IPs this time around. Thanks, Linda, for confirming that sourceforge is indeed online.
