Site not showing correctly in IE - PLEASE HELP!

I seem to have made some sort of an error in my editing and I cannot seem to find where I've gone wrong.

My site appears fine in Firefox, but the minute I open it in Internet Explorer or Safari, the site gets shifted to the left.

Have a look at the pictures below, then you'll see what I mean.

If I open up the original template, it appears perfectly in both FF and IE.

If anyone can assist me in getting it sorted out, I'd really appreciate it.
