I've been adding meta tags to all my products on an on and off period of time now, because it is so tedious. This morning I went back on some of my old meta tags and noticed that where it says:

"Mark What the Product's Meta Tag Title Should Include:"
All of the marks that I had chosen YES to had somehow changed to NO. Example Product Name or Title etc. The only item I chose no to was the Price Box. Now this hasn't happened to all my product meta tags but to about 90% of them. These meta tags where started AFTER I updated to v1.3.9f.
Anyone have any idea as to why this might happen or is there something I'm doing wrong when entering my tags.
