2011 UPS rates too high

I have a site that uses the UPS shipping module and has been working fine for the past couple of years (Zen Cart version 1.3.7). As of the beginning of the year the shipping charges are 30% higher than they should be. Do I need to update something in the admin? Am I possibly pointing at an incorrect table? Any recommendations on where to look would be appreciated.

You might look at the UPS XML Add on in the Free Software Add Ons where you can use your UPS Account for your quotes ...

Ok I am having this same rate problem... I tried installing UPS XML Add on but i can't figure out how to get the xml key from UPS. Apparently they changed the way you get the key when they launched there 2011 site? can some one tell me how to get the key? All i can find is API request and it ask all kinds of weird question when i try to do that. The instructions in the readme
