create own top sales?

Because nobody have placed an order yet, i want to create my own sales top 10 at the right, is that possible?

Sure it's possible - just make transactions for the ones you want, using something like moneyorder payment so there doesn't have to be a financial transaction.
It might be better to just turn off the bestsellers sidebox until you have real sales.
