I just re read your original post and think you may have changed the wrong file.

You need to open this file first includes -> languages -> ENGLISH -> page_2.php (if page 2 is what you want to change)
NOT the english.php file.

Find this define
define('NAVBAR_TITLE', 'Page 2');
define('HEADING_TITLE', 'Page 2');

change where it says Page 2 to whatever you want the new file to be called. When you've made your changes save the file with the new file name and upload it to the server.



Then open /includes/languages/english/html_includes and find the file called define_page_2.php rename that file to Define_new_name.php.

I'm not sure if it matters but I also uploaded this file to /includes/languages/english/html_includes /my template folder.

If you go to zen-cart admin>tools> define pages editor your new page should be available to edit.

You should be good to go now :)
