Tracking down images

Occasionally we have images that go walkabout on our site. True, we've had some registry issues, but I've tried to clear that up. I had an image disappear on me the other day and I can't find it anywhere. We don't have access to the server (other than what we can do with Admin) and we don't have Dreamweaver. Is there a place in Zen Cart Admin that shows all the images? I've been through most of the Administration and not finding anything. Am I wasting my time?

I think so. There isn't really any listing of images (or other files) in admin.

Why don't you have FTP access to the server ?
