Try this instead:

  define('DIR_WS_CATALOG', '/');
  define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_ADMIN', '/4dm1n1str4t0r/');
  define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/');

I lost one of the slashes in there ...
