Easy Populate, where is my file????

Hello every body,
I have tried 3 kinds of EP last weeks, and I have always problems.
The last I have upload is "excel_populate_for_zen_cart_1-0-0".
All is good, but when I whant to generate tne file, he say to me :
"File products_20110116163756.xls has been generated", but where is this file!!?? I don't find it, and I have no icon to sheck to see it.
In my "temp" there is nothink.

Please, is there someone to help me???

milord4 Use version 1.2.5.4 it just works, its got an 'odd bug' which is doc. in the support thread.

Thank you, but I have tried it, and I have the same problem, and much more. But I always don't find the file generate.
With "easy_populate_csv_1-2-5-7b"
with " ep_v1.2.5.4"

This 2 versions bug; I don't anderstand.
