Easypopulate SQL errors

Zen cart 1.3.8a patch 1
Database patch 1.3.8
PHP ver 5.2.15

Have upgraded my easypopulate from 1-2-5-4 to 1-2-5-7 to allow use of metatags. Install of 1-2-5-7 appears ok, also easypopulate confi ok.
Tried to download EP complete but this has errors :-

Have modified my input csv format (excel) to contain the new columns but when I try to load I get error :-

Have attached my input csv file.
Suspect fault with sql so did manual patch insert from tools but this was rejected as a duplicate.

Can anyone help? (EP version 1-2-5-4 has always worked faultlessly)
