Hi everyone,

I am just wanting to check, when I receive an order do I need to print off the invoice as a record of the sale or would a paypal report of sales be enough?

If an order is refunded or cancelled would I need a paper copy of the invoice too?

I am devising an accounting system just now and just wanted to check.

In terms of my purchases would the same be true as accounting as is with the sales side of things.
