    Default server question

    Hello all zenners...

Since my store are getting big (250000++ products) i need to build a complete new server, and since this one will only run zen-cart i need to build it up around this application, so i need tips about recomended hardware, and if there is any tricks to optimize apache, php and mysql to run this site as fast as possible, im no noobe to linux etc so no need to give me a book to read, its just that all website systems has there own way to be run by apache/php and might need extra modules configured in.

question is what is recomended that i do configure apache and php with to run zen-cart fast?

    Regards.

If you refer to the internet connection, do not think about that, its way big enough and will not be a problem

As much horsepower as you can afford
if there is any tricks to optimize apache, php and mysql to run this site as fast as possible
Everything you could need, you can find at these sites
Hosts that develop a configuration for a specific hardware platform invest a great amount of time in tuning the settings and are not going to share these as they view it as an investment/property
