CSS Border Question and Jquery Rotator

Hello there-

First off, I am using Zencart V1.3.9 and this is a fresh install with no modifications as of yet.

I have 2 questions for you experienced zenners:

1. I am wondering how I would go about using an image around the entire border of the site. I created a mock up for a client as a jpg (see link below) and I want to use the zebra border as shown but am not quite sure how to code this within the CSS. Any suggestions?

2. Next, I am wondering how I would modify the header of the site to display a large image which could use jQuery to rotate? See the link above. The large image in the center of the page would rotate with these use of Jquery code. I am not asking how to use the jQuery code, but moreless how to edit my template to allow for a large image centrally located within the site such as this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use your jQuery code added to main_page.php through the
admin > tools > define page editor

Apply an oversized in height image to the #mainWrapper tag
That would be the top & both sides

Apply an image to the #siteinfoLegal tag that is the bottom with l & r tails
