help with paypal

hi everyone, im new here at ZenCart and im setting my online store. I have put some stuff to test, and I have created a user. So now I made my "shop" and when going to checkout, i hit the paypal express button and it works. No i go to the check out, and select the paypal payment options and when about to confirm it gives me an error that says
"An error occurred when we tried to contact the payment processor. Please try again, select an alternate payment method, or contact the store owner for assistance. (10725) 10725 Shipping Address Country Error - There was an error in the Shipping Address Country field"

what does that mean?? where i have to look?
Im using version1.3.9h
