Need Help with Sitemap Mod

I have Zen Cart 1.3.8a Database Patch Level: 1.3.8 and installed Google Sitemap v 2.1.0 and did the following: Downloaded the program, unzipped files, uploaded files to correct directories, then installed install.sql patch. I can see Admin->Configuration->Google Sitemap and when I go to Admin->Tools>Google XML Sitemap, it gives me a 404 error "The requested URL /admin/FILENAME_SITEMAPXML.php was not found on this server"

Also - all of the sitemap files in the root are empty.

What am I doing wrong?

v1.3.9h same error message when I run sitemap in tools. I set all the mod files to 777

Did any of those files need to go in my predefined overide foldes? Which ones?
