I'm sorry, I wsn't being clear. I have two browser windows open ... one with my web host file manager, where I see all of the Cherry Zen stuff. In the other window I have my ZenCart admin window open, which I have refreshed and refreashed, and there is only the default template ... the Cherry Zen is not in the drop-down, nor is it listed at the bottom as a installed template.

So what is the filepath to the /cherry_zen/ folder on your server? If you put it in the correct place, it should be /public_html/zencart/includes/templates/cherry_zen/.

That is exactly where it is.

    And is there a /public_html/zencart/includes/templates/cherry_zen/template_info.php?
    Is there a /public_html/zencart/includes/templates/template_default/?

    Yes and yes.

Thanks so much for your time and help! I just don't understand why this is being so difficult for me. :-/

I just noticed there is also a /public_html/zencart/includes/templates/classic/ in the host file manager ... but a Classic template is also not in the ZenCart admin template drop-down or show up as an installed template.

If /public_html/zencart/ is where your site is installed, which soundss lie it is, I'm stumped. There should be a selection in admin for it. Check the filesize for template_info.php, and look at its content. If it is 0 or if it is corrupted, try re-uploading it.

If Classic doesn't show up either, you have a bigger problem.
    Can we see the site?

Okay, here is what I'm thinking might be the problem. When I installed ZenCart on my host account, it asked me to put it into a folder, so I created a folder called products. Well, that meant that I'd have to have my website be www.mysite.com/products for people to get there.

So, not knowing what I was doing, I asked my host to move the files, based on a tutorial that (I think) Kobra gave me.

My host moved it, but screwed something up, as then site went all quirky. So .. I'm thinking they screwed something up.

I hate to uninstall and reinstall it, as I've already got the PayPal Express stuff set up, but I guess I can go back and do that again. <sigh>

Do you think that's is what I should do?

Oh, it is www.pawsomedogz.com ... but there's nothing there. LOL

Okay, I just went into my host InstallCentral and I see there are two ZenCarts in there.

    http://pawsomedogclothes.com/products/
    http://pawsomedogclothes.com/zencart/

So, they obviously messed something up when they *tried* moving the ZenCart over.

I guess I will uninstall them both and start from scratch.
