The admin/includes/classes/order.php file that I have uploaded is the same file that came with v1.3.9h, I haven't changed it in any way.

Okay so you have confirmed that the files on the server for:
/your_secret_admin/orders.php
/your_secret_admin/includes/classes/order.php
are the same as the ones in a clean Zen Cart v1.3.9h ... correct?Linda McGrath
