Image path not correct

I have been tearing my hair out with this problem. The large images are missing the / from the url

Clicking the medium image to show large image will not work. The source code shows invalid url to bmz_cache.

The image should be pointing to 'image handler 2' cache. I have tried to reinstall Zen cart to the root folder, but the problem does not go away. Strangely, if I install the zencart into /zentest folder then the url works fine and all the 'image handler2' paths are correct.

I use the Zen cart created configure files, and have gone through them many time and they seem to look correct.

This is not a general code question as you have the 3rd party Image habdler mosule installed BUT...

In your admin > tools > iH2 > clear the cache

It will rebuild

I did ask the question first in the image handler subforum, but the author said that this is not an image handler issue. So I'll try here next.

I installed fresh unmodified zencart in the root folder, and then installed image handler on it, it still does not make any difference. I did not touch any other file on the installation. Clearing ih2 cache or uninstalling doesnt not make any difference.

Any idea where to look next?

Un install it from the admin and see if it functions correctly
If so, IH2 should also function correctly

Uninstalling IH2 will make the images point correctly in to the images/large/ folder, but installing IH2 again will create incorrect url to the bmz_cache

Then I have to take exception with the author and this looks to be an IH2 issue
