Hi Can someone please tell me how to move the add to cart info and button above the product description?

Make a copy of tpl_product_info_display for your template
Open it and you will see that functional displays begin with bof and end with eof
Move the cartadd to the desired order - save and load into your template structure Might need to refine with the stylesheet
