Change Billing Address Information

Hey guys,

Because Australian post offices deliver packages based on Suburb information not City, I completely removed the required city field in registration accoujnt process. Now, on checkout page (Step 2 of 3) and invoice the address displays like:

John Jhnson
13 King Road
Suburb Name
, 3910
NT, Autralia

The thing is it obviously is showing the City information but since there isn't any info, it'showing blank space then "comma" then postcode and other info.

I don't have to mention it looks ugly.

So, basically I want to remove the city from the billing address information so this ugly space with comma can't be seen before the postcode.
