Remove logo and use a photo for a backround?

Good day to all the Zenners out there.

I would like some help, Can I remove the logo completely and then use a picture of my products as a backround? Or actualy more just as that top bar behind my shop name?

Does anyone know the .php files to do this in? And if its even posible?

Also Can I use pictures as the general backround for the main body?
