Need Help Disabling Categories Listing

Hi all,

Im stuck with this problem, i do not want to have the categories items listing. instead, i would want the bottom part to show when i click on a category.. i done alot of search, prolly its just me

Why on earth would you want to show only a random listing of part of the category's products instead of being able to see all of them?
Do you want to have the individual products look like the lower section instead of the upper section? That can be done in admin > Configuration > Product Listing. You can also set the number of products to show per page, and whether to show featured/new/etc. centerboxes.

yeah, i want them to look like the format layout exactly like below..just no idea how to do it.

i have gone through every option in product listing.. cant get it to look exactly like the bottom part.

please kindly advice!

To get the price next to the details button, you can use Flexible Product Listing, attached to post 50 of this thread.
