Font colors different in IE7 then firefox

Running 1.3.9h
The category and product description text is showing up in black with firefox (like it should) but blue with IE7. I know it has to be simple, but how do I fix it without going through every page.

I can't see exactly where the blue is coming from, but it looks like you pasted that description from a WYSIWYG editor, which added some inline styling which may be confusing IE.

It's always better to use the built-in HTML editor or (better in my opinion) enter your copy as plain text and style it in the stylesheet.

Stevesh, thanks for replying.
I have not pasted from a WYSIWYG editor. With the exception of copies from the zc text editor into the live sites text editor. Possible doing this to much causes problems? I have noticed alot of junk in the descriptions.

I did a winmerge of the css file. I saw only one questionable line. I'm thinking I may have merged the css from our old 8a site and left that line in. Not knowing what it would do. Otherwise, I guess I'll have to go through all of the category and item description and clean them up.

I was hoping it was just a simple line I had missed.

Unfortunately I'm having laptop issues again. So maybe tonight I'll be able to look around some more.
